Allergen information
Because we believe everyone should enjoy a carefree feast, we like to tell you how we handle allergens. That way you know exactly where you stand.
At Momade baking memories, we take allergens very seriously. We make every effort to minimize the risk of cross-contamination in our studio and our stores. However, because we work in a studio where all allergens are present, traces of these allergens can potentially be found in our preparations and products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our recipes are completely free of (certain) allergens.
We ask our customers to keep this in mind and point out that the following ingredients are used in our workshop. For each of these ingredients, there is always a risk of cross-contamination:
- Gluten: wheat (such as spelt or Khorasant wheat), rye, barley, oats or their hybrid varieties
- Sesame
- Mustard
- Notes
- Fish
- Eggs
- Milk
- Sulfites (in concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/liter)
- Celery
- Soy
- Crustaceans
- Mollusks
- Peanut
- Lupin
