The company once started with a small store in Antwerp, but now already has 5 branches in both Belgium and the Netherlands. There, a team of passionate sweeties works every day around one mission: getting people around the table and giving them a good time with quality and artisanal goodies. All this with local products and attention to sustainability.

 

In addition to its regular retail assortment, Momade also offers catering for numerous (corporate) events. Under the motto "You name it, we bake it.", the team of passionate pastry chefs makes every sweet wish come true.

 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT?

 

 

Momade is looking for an enthusiastic employee to support the growing team and take internal communication and customer management to the next level.

 

- You are the first point of contact for customers who contact Momade and assist them with all their questions. As a result, you play a crucial role in our pursuit of ultimate customer satisfaction.

- You will manage orders and quotes for both B2B and B2C customers.

- You request quotes from suppliers for theme-related products (e.g. packaging, bottles, stickers,etc.).

- You follow up clients administratively after which you inform the team accordingly

- You will participate in the digitization of administration and creatively look for ways to improve operations.

- You will manage the back-end of our POS system.

- You will participate in activities that highlight the identity of the organization and increase engagement with the team.

 

 

WHO ARE YOU?

 

 

- You preferably have a bachelor's degree. Don't have the required degree, but do you have the necessary experience? Then be sure to apply!

- You have strong communication and organizational skills

- You have experience in customer management and internal communications

- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language. Are you fluent in French and English? Then you have an edge.

- You can fluently use the Microsoft Office package

- You can work accurately and solution-oriented

- You function under time pressure and can set priorities

- You are creative and dare to help come up with new ideas
